Discovering Alternative Treatments: Homeopathic Medicine From: Hope Instilled Homeopathic Medicine: A very safe treatment, great scientific support, been around for over 200 years, can help with acute and chronic illnesses even without a specific diagnosis. What is Homeopathy? Homeopathy is based on the principle that “like cures like.” In other words, a substance that causes the symptoms of the illness is taken in small amounts to treat or cure it. In some cases, it is the active ingredient that contributed to the illness in the first place. The substance (active ingredient) is highly diluted and used in the smallest amount possible, to trigger the body’s own natural healing mechanisms.

Finding HOPE Will I Ever Heal From Chronic Pain? By: Sarah Anne Shockley The questions that have come up for me again and again while living with chronic pain are: when will I be healed? will I ever be healed? what does true healing consist of, anyway? At first, I assumed I knew what healing is. It's when the pain stops–when my condition ends and I get my body back. But is that really one specific moment? If my pain left me tomorrow, would that mean I was completely healed? What if my pain comes and goes? What if it stems from an unidentifiable source or condition? What does that mean about healing? When is better all better?
